Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in clinical haematology with a focus on transplant and cellular therapy.
  • Provide secondary haematology care for central Auckland and tertiary care for the greater region.
  • Treat acute leukaemia, high‑grade lymphoma and perform both autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants.
  • Collaborate with the thrombosis unit, bleeding disorder programme and integrated laboratory support.
  • Contribute to research, teaching and quality improvement projects within the service.
