Haematology Consultant Opportunity in New Zealand

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Haematologist to join an established team of seven Haematologists and four resident medical officers. The position is fulltime permanent and required to participate in a 1 in 8 on call roster. Based in Palmerston North, there are also clinical responsibilities in one or more of the regions covered by the Regional Cancer Treatment Service. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience and/or a special interest in Haemato-Oncology.

About our service:

We provide Clinical Haematology, Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology services to the districts that cover the communities of the Manawatū, northern Wairarapa, Hawke's Bay, Whanganui and Taranaki. This is a combined population of 600,000.
