Upsell clients on products and services.

Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and always maintained.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Conferring with clients to determine their hairdressing needs, preferences, and specifications.
