Hairdresser Contract £12.98 per hour. Contracted to 30 hours per week. Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).

Role Overview

As Hairdresser, you will play an important role in enhancing residents’ wellbeing, confidence, and daily experience. This is a rewarding role where your work brings comfort, routine, and a sense of normality, helping individuals look and feel their best.

You will provide a range of hairdressing services including washing, cutting and styling, tailored to individual preferences. You will ensure that the salon environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.

Working closely with residents and the wider team, you will build positive relationships and deliver a service that supports dignity, confidence, and personal wellbeing.
