Halal Chef

A Halal Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals that strictly comply with Halal dietary laws, ensuring high-quality, safe, and flavorful dishes for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Halal guidelines and recipes
• Ensure all ingredients and meat are certified Halal
• Plan menus and create new Halal dishes as needed
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before serving
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate workflow efficiently
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
• Keep track of inventory and order Halal supplies as necessary

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or vocational training in cooking
• Open for Entry level
• Proven experience as a chef, preferably with Halal cooking experience
