About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join BTC Freshmart Sdn Bhd as a Halal Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's products and operations adhere to strict halal standards and requirements. Based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and compliance in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the halal certification process for all products and operations
2. Liaising with regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure continued halal compliance
3. Developing and implementing halal-focused policies, procedures and training programs
4. Conducting regular inspections and audits of production facilities, supply chain and logistics
