HACCP & GMP renewal and maintaining compliance.
Apply/ follow up VHM cert application.
To monitor maintenance & calibration (internal, external calibration)
Monitor premise & workers hygiene, sanitation & cleanliness.
to assist audit from authority and customers
To assist customers complaints
Monitor and verify all records, CCP.
To conduct Halal awareness training and necessary training
To schedule workers for necessary training: food handler training, induction training
Monitor validity of typhoid injection of all workers
To monitor pest control program (Internal & external)
To create and update product specification and recipe.
To conduct yearly mock recall, product recall by request
Establish & verify process flow chart for new and current products.
Monitor chemical usage and stocks.
To arrange schedule of food testing/sensory analysis (Internal/External)
