Work Schedule/Set-up
Monday – Saturday / Day shift
Office and plant-based role with regular coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
Conduct chemical and sensory testing of food products.
Consistently apply standard methods to ensure accurate and reproducible results.
Carry out real-time stability testing to evaluate physicochemical and organoleptic properties for shelf-life determination.
Coordinate third-party calibration and maintenanceof laboratory equipment.
Perform calibration of weighing scales, thermometers, and pH meters.
Manage inventories of QA supplies, laboratory equipment, glassware, media, and chemicals.
Test retained samples when required.
Use proper PPE and ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and reagents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas at all times.
