About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Hands-On Supervisor with a strong background in waterproofing and rope access to lead our site operations. You will be the bridge between management and the ground team, ensuring that all projects—from waterproofing to building facade sealant replacement—are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
