Supervise greenhouse cultivation with a focus on plant health and operational excellence. Oversee all aspects of cannabis growth from propagation to harvest while leading a dedicated team.
This role is vital to ensuring high-quality production within a regulated setting. You will actively manage cultivation processes, provide insights into plant health, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Engage team members in training and promote an efficient work environment across all cultivation stages.
Key Responsibilities:
