About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on IT manager to take ownership of our IT environment across eight offices.
This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys being close to the technology while also leading critical business systems initiatives.
A key focus of this position will be leading the implementation, ownership, and ongoing optimisation of our ERP system, working closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of the company's ERP system
- Act as the internal ERP owner and primary technical contact
- Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, systems, and escalated user issues
- Manage networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, and office connectivity
