**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on providing timely, high-quality maintenance and repair services across a large residential apartment community. You will complete service requests, maintain building systems and amenities, and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents while delivering professional and courteous customer service.

**Responsibilities**

+ Complete all resident service requests within 24 hours whenever possible, except when delays result from extraordinary parts or labor requirements.
+ Maintain the maintenance shop in a clean, safe, and orderly condition at all times.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair all amenity areas to ensure they remain safe, functional, and presentable.
+ Diagnose and repair appliances and apparatuses within the premises, including common household equipment and building systems.
