Handyman (Bukit Damansara)

Job Responsibilities:

• Potted plant management (managing, watering & fertilising JTI-owned potted plant)
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
• Report any irregularities or performance issues to the HVAC technician or supervisor
• Conduct minor painting and touch-up work
• Daily Checks and Report major repair needs to supervisor or maintenance team
• Daily Checks and Repair basic plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, blockages)
• Ensure tools are stored safely and in working condition
• Conduct visual safety inspections of work areas and equipment
• Ensure thermostat settings and controls are functioning properly
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage
• Daily Check and Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across facility areas
