The Handyman performs general building maintenance, corrective repairs, inspections, and minor fixing tasks across all project sites. Ensures all works meet required safety and quality standards.
JOB SCOPE
The Handyman is responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks, including minor carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing work across all project sites. The role includes supporting simple electrical and lighting checks, performing routine safety inspections, and ensuring facilities remain in good working condition. The Handyman also assists with festive and event setups by installing temporary fixtures safely and securely. Additionally, the role requires responding promptly to ad‑hoc requests and reporting any defects or safety risks to the Supervisor.
