Job Description
A. Line of Reporting:-
You shall report directly to the Property Maintenance Manager (PMM).
You shall co-ordinate your daily tasks with staff at all levels.
B. Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible to assist the PMM in matters relating to the defect's rectification operations.
Ensures that all defects rectification activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manners, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the defect's rectification functions within the VTS Group of Companies.
Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and add value to the defect's rectification function.
