Handyman

Job Purpose & Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the maintenance, up keeping and troubleshooting of all Mechanical, Electrical Air Conditioning systems, Security Systems and Office Equipment's.
• To attend, advice and feedback on all necessary preventive maintenance via checklists on Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Conditioning systems, Security Systems and Office Equipment's.
• To assist fellow colleague in monitoring the Firefighting systems (fire extinguishers) and other Firefighting monitoring systems (Fire Panel)
• To assist in monitoring Lift and Escalator system (visual inspection only).
• To assist in monitoring the sanitary and plumbing systems.
• To be responsible for attending / supervising contractors (if any)
• To be able to write simple report (daily and monthly reports)
• To report to Superior(s) on the above scope of duties from time to time
• To take instruction(s) from Superior time to time
