Handyman

Responsibility:

• Minor concrete patching and repair
• Crack repair and sealing (walls, floors, ceilings)
• Plastering and skim coating
• Tiling repair and replacement
• Grouting and re-grouting works
• Wall chasing and making good after M&E works
• Sealant application (silicone / PU sealant)
• Replacement of light fittings, switches, and sockets
• Repair or replacement of sanitary fittings (tap, basin, WC accessories)
• Minor plumbing repair (leakage, blockage, pipe joints)
• Replacement of damaged trunking and conduits

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
• Prior experience in maintenance or handyman-related roles preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and reliable.
