Job Summary

They are responsible for carrying out all maintenance and repair work orders in hotel rooms, in accordance with established standards of quality, timing, safety, and aesthetics, performing their duties efficiently and on time. They also respond to alarm activations, among other tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures that they have the necessary tools and materials to perform their duties and is responsible for their proper use, as well as for following established procedures and safety regulations to prevent accidents.


• According to instructions from their immediate supervisor, performs all maintenance and repair work in rooms that do not require the intervention of a specialist, complying with quality, time, aesthetics, safety, and established standards for each case.
