The Supervisor is responsible for daily coordination, deployment, and performance oversight of general workers, handymen, and landscapers across MY01, MY02 C1 & C2, and MY03 sites. Ensures all tasks are completed according to the SOW, service standards, KPIs, and safety requirements. In-charge of any required documentation Submission for client in related to Handyman Scope of Works
JOB SCOPE
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily deployment, coordination, and performance of general workers, handymen, and landscapers across MY01, MY02 C1 & C2, and MY03 sites. This role ensures all activities are completed in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), KPIs, safety standards, and client requirements while maintaining proper documentation and reporting accuracy. The Supervisor also conducts routine inspections, monitors site conditions, and promptly escalates issues that cannot be resolved on-site.
