SALARY: +/- $30/hour (based on experience)

️ General Maintenance and Workplace Improvement Worker

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on, and autonomous employee primarily responsible for cleaning and visually enhancing our facilities. This role ensures cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance throughout our sites by carrying out various general maintenance tasks, painting, and minor repairs.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs: plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, carpentry, replacing light fixtures, etc.

Manage building maintenance requests and prioritize interventions based on urgency and operational impact.

Carry out cleaning and housekeeping in various areas (cafeterias, offices, common areas, restrooms, etc.) according to established standards.

‍♂️ Move between buildings on foot, by cart, or with a service vehicle (depending on distance).
