Handy Person is immediately required to work with our valued client, the NI Housing Executive. This role involves working alongside Patch Managers and Tradespersons to undertake a range of maintenance and support tasks on buildings in the Newtownabbey area. The position also includes driving duties, operating box vans to transport tools and materials to various sites. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, offering an hourly pay rate of £13.69 - £14.13, with an increased offer based upon experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm. What the Job Entails: Carry out general property maintenance on NI Housing Executive properties. Cut and maintain grassed areas and perform basic groundskeeping tasks.
