Job Description

Overview 

 We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to perform general maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of building and facility needs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, basic HVAC)
Inspect facilities and identify repair needs
Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, furniture, and equipment
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
