Job Description

  1. Job Purpose: The Happy Customer Retention is responsible for ensuring quality new recruits and collection of payments from dealer accounts, and negotiation for delinquent accounts, as necessary.
  1. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs assessment for new dealers and approves all submitted requirements to ensure credit worthiness. 
  • Receives cash/check payments for advance, on-time and overdue.
  • Issues Collection Receipts for payments for advance, on-time and overdue.
  • Checks and monitors maturing and delinquent accounts. 
  • Attends daily morning calls and reports the current activities, programs, overdue and maturing accounts for the day.
  • Conducts cadence meeting with Great Life Executives (GLE) every 1st day of the month and 3rd week of the month.
  • Deposits daily to PCDSI bank account the collection from the previous day every morning and afternoon if there are heavy colle...
