Hard Services Facilities Manager

Labcorp is seeking a **Hard Services Facilities Manager** to join our team at **Harrogate** in **North Yorkshire** .

**Work Schedule:** Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.30pm. 37 hours.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the hard services and maintenance function, including in‑house engineers and external service providers.
+ Oversee the operation, performance, and reliability of electrical, mechanical and building systems.
+ Develop and deliver the campus maintenance strategy (PPM and reactive).
+ Plan and manage budgets for engineering services.
+ Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organisational standards.
+ Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team, research groups, lab managers, and operational teams to understand and meet business needs.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
