Job Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Hard Tool / Stamping Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, Mechanical Engineering, this role focuses on developing and optimizing metal stamping processes to support manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in metal forming, tooling, die maintenance, and high‑tonnage stamping equipment.
What a typical day looks like:
Define, implement, and continuously improve metal stamping processes for new and existing products.
Develop technical documentation including process flows, PFMEA, control plans, WI/SOPs, and tooling specifications.
Evaluate, select, justify, and implement stamping dies, hard tooling, and capital equipment (presses, feeders, lubrication systems).
