Hardware Engineer

Huawei Helsinki Hardware and system Laboratory is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join us in a technology project aimed at promoting the quality of commercial products. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and verify the failure products, such as wearable and handset devices. You will collaborate with a team of experts from various domains.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure cause analysis of engine board, battery, and hardware system failures of consumer products, such as wearable.
• Create accurate and comprehensive root cause reports, including analysis results, recommended corrective actions and their effects, as well as routines for hardware error analysis.
• Cooperate closely with interdisciplinary teams to reveal hardware‑related root causes and implement preventive measures in future wearable products.
