Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer with experience in fixed access product design and end-to-end hardware development. The role involves designing cost-optimized, high-performance hardware solutions across the full product lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
* Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle
and hardware development processes is essential.
* Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience with Digital Circuit systems design with better OLT background.
