Hardware Engineer – Power Converter
Virbhu India Pvt Ltd – Vadodara (Gujarat), a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA), operating in the field of power electronics , has as an immediate opening for a H ardware engineer. The position will be involved in new product development supporting the design and launch of Virbhu India Pvt Ltd next generation of cutting-edge products. The position is responsible to design hardware for Power board for power electronics converters and support in testing of prototypes.
Responsibilities:
Selection of Power converter topologies
Analysis of power converter topologies
Design calculations, election of Power components (IGBT, MOSFET, Drivers, Capacitors, Magnetic components)
Closed loop control analysis
Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation (at board and system level).
Prepare Circuits for schematic designs, PCB layout design and check, BOM creation, reviews and debugging and testing.
