Hardware Supply Chain Management - Senior Associate

Job Description As a Hardware Supply Chain Management Senior Associate within our finance organization, you promote day-to-day supply chain execution and lead cross‑functional improvement projects. You’ll own supply plans, supplier coordination, inventory health, and logistics while managing initiatives that strengthen service, reduce cost‑to‑serve, and improve controls. The role requires close alignment with Finance/FP&A, adherence to internal controls (e.g., SOX), and effective stakeholder management across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end supply planning for assigned categories/SKUs (e.g., technology hardware, ATM/branch parts, cards, print materials), balancing service, cost, and inventory targets.
