Hardware Support Executive
Location: Johor Bahru – Taman Gaya
We are a retail technology company providing integrated POS and accounting software solutions to retail and F&B brands and businesses across Malaysia. We are seeking a hands-on and responsible individual to support hardware installation and technical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and set up POS hardware including printers, scanners and related devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and basic networking issues
• Perform on-site maintenance, repair and support services
• Ensure proper hardware configuration and system deployment
• Coordinate with software support team when required
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities
• Travel for on-site support when necessary
Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Engineering or related field
