About the role

As a Harness Assembly Operator at CONNEXWIRE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical wire harnesses for a variety of industries. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assemble wire harnesses according to drawings and specifications
2. Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete the assembly process
3. Perform quality checks to ensure the finished products meet high standards
4. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations
6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
