HART Hub Transportation Coordinator Role

Make a difference as a Transportation Coordinator at CMHA Kenora's HART Hub. This full-time position focuses on providing essential transportation support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
You'll be responsible for coordinating transport for clients accessing the many integrated services at the HART Hub.
