Harvest Coordinator

· Monitors day-to-day output of Egg Room Operators (Packers, Dispatch Checker, Harvest) for all Egg Room activities

· Coordinates with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics for daily operations of received orders

· Checks, updates, and monitors tracker for plotted transactions per channel and per customer

· Updates daily monitoring sheet/tracker for operation updates and ensures control measures for discrepancies

· Responsible for incoming and outgoing items and supplies

· Performs inventory count on packaging and eggs before dispatching deliveries

· Ensures documentary compliance for inbound and outbound transactions

· Performs daily EOD actual inventory count

· Coordinates with team members on department's game plan

· Daily huddle & weekly meeting with the group.

· Performs other functions as may be assigned on a temporary basis or permanently.
