Hatchery Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, inspect, and document hatching eggs, medicines, vaccines, and supplies
• Ensure proper grading, storage, pre-warming, setting, candling, transfer, and pullout of eggs and chicks
• Monitor chick condition, classification, vaccination, and issuance
• Maintain accurate inventory records and apply FIFO protocols
• Handle issuance of saleable chicks and by-products with complete documentation
• Coordinate closely with hatchery staff, procurement, sales, farm admin, and supplier drivers
• Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity, quality, and company procedures
• Prepare and submit reports with photo/video documentation using mobile tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
