• To accept and approve a customer request of jobs
• To liaise with customer on status of delivery and collection of containers
• To liaise with driver in planning job delivery and collection of containers
• To verify driver work ticket
• To check and change depot gate charges (DGC) invoice
• To dispatch documents when required
• Handling report to the insurance and arranging for breakdown call if any
