Role Summary

The Haulage Planner is responsible for the strategic allocation of fleet resources. Your primary goal is to design the most efficient daily transport plan that minimizes empty miles (dead mileage), maximizes driver productivity, and meets 100% of customer delivery windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Route Planning: Analyze daily job orders to create optimized routing for the fleet (Prime Movers and Trailers) across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Asset Optimization: Balance the ratio of side-loaders, low-beds, and standard trailers against job requirements to ensure no equipment sits idle.
• Dead-Mile Reduction: Identify opportunities for back-hauling (matching an import delivery with an export pickup) to increase profit margins per trip.
