The role
The role ensures governance, consistency, and quality of key HR policies and initiatives at group level, within a multi-brand and international environment. It reports to the CHRO and coordinates the HR Cost Controller.
Main Mission Ensure alignment of HR policies across brands. Provide common tools, data, and methodologies to HR teams. Manage cross-functional HR projects acting as a PMO. Oversee compensation, employer branding, HR communica...
