About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Hazelnut Company Chile, who will lead the comprehensive maintenance management of our industrial plant, ensuring operational continuity, equipment reliability, and the efficiency of our production processes. Your purpose will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities, manage the budget and investments for the area, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and security regulations. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting facility improvement projects and the optimal operation of critical plant services.
