About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Hazelnut Company Chile. The role will lead comprehensive maintenance management of our industrial plant, ensuring operational continuity, equipment reliability and the efficiency of our production processes. The manager will plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, manage the budget and investments for the area, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and security regulations. In addition, the manager will support facility improvement projects and the optimal operation of critical plant services.
