HCM Change management Consultant

We are sourcing an experienced, execution-focused HCM Change Management Consultant for a critical 12-month transformation initiative in Kuala Lumpur. This role bridges the gap between high-level transformation strategy and practical, boots‑on‑the‑ground execution.

Focusing directly on a major Payroll system implementation, you will be responsible for driving end-user readiness, designing impactful training, and ensuring maximum digital adoption across the organization.
