HCM Core Functional Consultant - Remote - Outside IR35 ERP Transformation: SAP On-Premise to Oracle Fusion Cloud

This role is part of an ERP Transformation Programme, migrating from SAP on‑premise HCM to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The HCM Core Functional Consultant is accountable for Core HR functional design, data migration assurance, testing leadership, and business readiness.

Organizational Context: The role operates in a complex regulated environment, supporting a diverse workforce and statutory requirements. It works closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, the System Integrator, and programme governance to ensure Oracle Fusion Core HR supports compliant, standardised, and sustainable HR operations.
