The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Information Systems, HCM, this role will require technical skills in the configuration and management of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud system. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our HCM is functioning as expected and meeting the business-user’s needs. The incumbent will be a strong and valued business partner to the People team and the Business owners of our HCM, HRIS and HRMS.

Key Accountabilities

• Techno-Functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with expertise in the following areas - Core HR & Payroll is required.
