Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager to support our media finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial activities within the media business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding of new suppliers and clients
Establish and review invoicing processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve cash flow
Monitor, analyze, and close campaigns in collaboration with the Media and Operations teams
Prepare and issue billing requests to the Shared Service team
Ensure 100% timely and accurate billing, including validation of tax rates, agency commissions, and billing information
Review credit notes requests, ensuring proper justification and documentation
Participate in the month-end closing process, including revenue recognition and WIP reconciliation
