Job Description

                    Supports Production Department in pursuing objectives and defining operative strategies to get the “best class manufacturing”. 
Defines and coordinate budget objectives (labor, energy, maintenance, investments) for the Plant, according to Group guidelines and target. 
Assures the respect of production plans agreed at Group level, within defined timing, activities and costs. 
Manages and controls production factors (labor, energy, maintenance, etc.), in order to minimize costs. 
Manages third-party manufacturing in order to optimize costs and pursue production plans targets 
Assures the production within given timings and quality standards, according to requirements coming from Central Quality and Central Planning. 
Assures ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to all Plant’s machineries/assets. 
Assures that the production is made by following defined quality standards.
