Description

This role provides strategic leadership in managing and expanding the Employee Voluntary Programme and the Humanitarian Disaster Support Programme under the Old Mutual Foundation. It focuses on designing and implementing initiatives that encourage employee participation in community development projects, coordinating volunteer activities, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s social impact objectives. The role also requires the coordination of disastter relief initiatives with the Old Mutual Group in providing disaster support to communities, when required. The role demands strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to inspire and mobilize employees across the organization. The role also requires coordination of efforts in disaster relief efforts, ensuring exposure for the Old Mutual Brand.
