Job Overview: The Account Management Specialist serves as the primary liaison between Unilab employees and healthcare partners such as Flexicare, HealthFirst, and other medical service providers. The role ensures smooth coordination, accurate administration of employee medical benefits, and efficient resolution of healthcare-related concerns.  
Duties and Responsibilities: Medical Services Coordination

• Coordinate employee medical service requests, approvals, and availments with Flexicare, HealthFirst, and other accredited healthcare providers.
• Ensure timely processing of medical examinations, laboratory requests, consultations, and other medical-related needs.
• Validate employee eligibility and benefit coverage prior to service requests or provider transactions.

Benefits Administration & Support

• Assist employees in understanding their healthcare benefits, coverage limits, dependents' inclusion, and claim procedures.
