Role Title: Head - Accelerated DigitalizationReports to:Head of Solution Design IN Business Unit:DHL Supply Chain IN Location: Mumbai, India Career Level:General Manager RCS Grade: I Role Purpose: - Lead design, development, and implementation of automation/innovation projects. - Develop automation vendors and capabilities across India, ensuring compliance with legal/operational requirements. - Monitor and maintain automation systems, troubleshoot issues with SMEs/vendors. - Champion automation capability enhancement and deployment. - Implement automation solutions at sites with operational support. - Collaborate with Operations to generate automation ideas. - Support profitable growth of related operations. - Provide leadership and coaching to team members/analysts. - Establish optimal commercials for new/existing business.
