In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of the Auto Loans Sales Division, ensuring that your team's objectives align with the overall goals of the Bank. You will oversee dealer-generated auto loan sales channels in South Metro Manila, working to achieve top-line growth, profitability, and market share expansion, all while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
