Head Baker

• Prepare, bake, and present all bread products according to cafe standards
• Oversee dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of bread
• Plan daily and weekly production based on cafe demand
• Develop and standardize bread recipes
• Monitor ingredient quality and freshness
• Manage inventory and coordinate ingredient ordering
• Minimize waste and control production costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain and properly use baking equipment
• Train, guide, and supervise bakery staff
• Ensure smooth daily bakery operations and workflow
