Responsibilities:

• Lead daily bread production and ensure consistent quality
• Train, manage, and supervise the bakery team
• Set up production systems, schedules, and SOPs
• Support store opening preparations and future expansion
• Uphold Standard Bread's baking standards and brand DNA

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head Baker / Lead Baker / Senior Baker
• Strong background in artisan bread baking and fermentation
• Hands-on leader with training and team management skills
• Highly disciplined, organized, and quality-driven
• Willing to train in Seoul, South Korea
